Returns & Exchanges
A timepiece is a considered purchase, and most of ours are bought without ever being tried on. So if what arrives is not quite right, we would far rather help you find the piece that is.
Fourteen days to be sure.If your timepiece is unworn and in its original packaging, write to us within fourteen days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or an exchange.

How to Arrange It
- Write to us. Email hello@andrinayvette.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and tell us whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. You do not need to give a reason.
- We confirm the details. For orders within Singapore we arrange collection at our cost. For international orders we send the return address and ask that you use a tracked, insured service.
- We take it from there. Once the timepiece reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within seven business days, or dispatch your exchange.
Exchanges
If the case finish, strap colour or size is not quite right, tell us which piece you would prefer and we will set it aside for you while your return is in transit — so it will not sell through while you wait. Any difference in price is settled at the time of exchange, either way.
What We Ask
- That the timepiece is unworn, unaltered and free from marks or scratches
- That it comes back in its original maison packaging, with all documentation and any protective film still in place
- That you write to us within fourteen days of the delivery date
Engraved and personalised pieces cannot be returned, as they cannot be offered to anyone else. Gift vouchers are likewise non-returnable.
If Something Is Wrong With It
This is different, and simpler. If your timepiece arrives damaged, or develops a mechanical fault, that is a warranty matter — write to us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you, whether or not fourteen days have passed.
Every Andrina Yvette timepiece carries a two-year international warranty. This returns policy is offered in addition to that warranty, and neither affects your statutory rights under Singapore consumer law.
A Gift That Missed
If a timepiece was given to you and it is not quite right, we will happily exchange it — discreetly, and without disclosing the price to you or telling the giver. Just write to us. Where a gift was purchased shortly before an occasion, we will extend the fourteen days to allow for it.
Before You Order
The easiest return is the one that never has to happen, so please ask us anything first.
Our Classic Mother of Pearl Collection is 36mm and suits most wrists between roughly 14cm and 18cm. The Legacy Collection is 41mm, suiting roughly 16cm to 20cm. If you are between the two, or unsure how a finish will sit against your skin tone, write to us and we will help you choose — we do this often and we are glad to.
If you are in Singapore, you are also welcome to book a private viewing and try the collection on before deciding. There is never any obligation to buy.
