Customs, Duties and Taxes
On international orders, import duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility. They are set by local authorities, separate from the purchase price; check with your local customs office if you are unsure what may apply.

Every timepiece arrives in the maison's signature presentation packaging, suitable for gifting. To send directly to a recipient, enter their address at checkout, or write to hello@andrinayvette.com and we will coordinate timing.
Questions About Your Order
If your delivery has not arrived within the expected window, or you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve it with the carrier.
