The Movement
- Do your timepieces need a battery?
- No. Every timepiece runs on a Japanese automatic NH35 mechanical movement, wound by the motion of your wrist.
- What happens if I do not wear it for a few days?
- It winds down and stops. Wear it again, or turn the crown gently, and it restarts; reset the time and date.
- How accurate is a mechanical timepiece?
- Mechanical movements keep time to within a small daily margin rather than to the second, varying with temperature, position and wear — inherent to mechanical watchmaking, not a fault.
The Dial
- What is mother of pearl?
- Nacre: the natural iridescent lining of a shell. Light enters its microscopic layers and returns shifted, so the surface holds colour never painted on.
- Will my dial look exactly like the photograph?
- No, and deliberately so. Nacre is grown, not manufactured, so every disc carries a different grain.
- Are the stones genuine Swarovski?
- Yes. Each Classic Mother of Pearl dial is set with 72 Swarovski stones.
Sizing
- What size are your timepieces?
- Classic Mother of Pearl: a 36mm case (36 by 42mm including the lugs) and a 31.5mm mother of pearl dial, suiting wrists of roughly 14cm to 18cm. Legacy: a 41mm case, roughly 16cm to 20cm.
- What is the difference between case size and dial size?
- Case diameter is the width of the timepiece; dial diameter is the visible face within it. Case size determines how a timepiece wears.
- Which collection should I choose?
- Classic Mother of Pearl leans ornamental — shell dial, Swarovski setting, 36mm. Legacy is restraint — sunburst dials, clean indices, 41mm. Both use the same automatic movement. Unsure? Write and describe how you would wear it.
- What is the case made of?
- 316L stainless steel with IP plating, a mineral crystal front and back, and a 4.0mm crown. Leather straps are 18mm wide.
Care and Warranty
- Is my timepiece water-resistant?
- Both collections are water-resistant to 50 metres (5 ATM): handwashing and rain, but not swimming or diving. Leather straps should not be submerged.
- How do I care for it?
- Wipe the case and crystal with a dry microfibre cloth after wear. Keep it from direct sunlight and strong magnets; let a damp leather strap dry naturally.
- What warranty do you offer?
- A two-year international warranty — 24 months from the date of purchase — on every timepiece. Register yours on our warranty registration page to activate cover.
- Does the timepiece have a date function?
- Yes, with quick date correction and second-hand reset. All models are shock resistant.
Ordering, Delivery and Returns
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, with complimentary delivery on every order. See our delivery information.
- Can I return it if it does not suit me?
- Yes. If unworn and in its original packaging, write within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — no reason needed. Return postage is arranged and paid for by you, tracked and insured. See our returns and exchanges policy.
- Can I exchange it for a different colour or size?
- Yes. Tell us which piece you would prefer and we will set it aside while your return is in transit.
- What if it arrives damaged or develops a fault?
- A warranty matter rather than a return. Write straight away and we will put it right at no cost, whether or not 14 days have passed.
- Can I see a timepiece before buying?
- Yes. In Singapore you are welcome to book a private viewing: try the collection, compare dials in daylight, have the bracelet sized. No obligation.
- Can I buy a timepiece as a gift?
- Yes. Every timepiece arrives in presentation packaging, and gift vouchers are available. A gift that is not right we exchange discreetly, without telling the giver.
