Your andrinayvette timepiece has a limited warranty term of 12 months from the date of Purchase.
Our warranty only applies to manufacturing defects of the movement/mechanism and does not include regular wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglected care, and is invalidated by unauthorized repair or modifications.
There is a tool given upon sale for you to adjust your mesh strap according to the size of your wrist.
Servicing after the warranty period or outside warranty terms is at your own cost.
We provide free delivery within 7-10 days for local. For international shipping will be within 7-14 days using Fedex / DHL depending on location.
Tracking number will be send to you upon confirmation and receive of the payment.
